This is a classroom-based 1-day SCS-certified course in fire extinguisher training. It is available from SCS when requested to suit your schedule. We are able to provide this as one-on-one training if you need it, so there is no minimum number of enrollments for this course and scheduling is flexible.

On the job or off, if a fire breaks out it can endanger lives and property, and spread quickly from a small point of ignition into a lethal blaze. If you need to know how to use a fire extinguisher safely and effectively for your job or other roles, this course will give you the background information on fires and the practical extinguisher skills you need. The training includes hands-on experience, as you will be required to extinguish a Class B fire with an extinguisher.
